does not qualify to receive rebates based on their volume,

your application. Send it in by mail, fax, or complete
it online. The Manufacturer portion of the application
lets us know who you are presently using.
If you are a custom Builder, we will send you a reporting
form to submit when each house closes.
If you are a development Builder, we will need a copy
of each buyer’s selections. You can send us a
closing report monthly or quarterly.
Lump sum checks for closed homes will be sent quarterly. |
Your
membership dues are only 2% of the rebates we collect
for you. Dues are deducted from your quarterly checks.
Many Builders ask us how we can do this for only 2%.
The fact is the Manufacturers want your business so
much they are willing to subsidize our cost to bring
you the largest rebates possible. |

Why do the Manufacturers
want to reward me with rebates?
Our Platinum Partners recognize that the small to midsize Builder
is the largest segment of the building industry and they are rewarding
those Builders with rebates through $ & I.
I don’t want to
change the way I do business!
You do NOT have to change! You still utilize
the same suppliers and continue conducting your business as usual.
The only requirement to qualify for a rebate is using two Platinum
Partners.
I don’t buy any
products, my subcontractors do!
The Manufacturers are rewarding loyalty with these rebates. If you
are specifying the product to your subcontractors, then you are
affecting the sale and therefore qualify for the rebate.
